The EXMARaLDA-Demokorpus.zip contains some information on metadata, the coma file, the transcription files and audio files in mp3 format only, whereas original wav
audio files and video files are referenced in the transcription files and also included in the published corpus. The wav files, needed to display the wave form of
the audio in the Partitur-Editor, and the video files can be downloaded from the published corpus at the HZSK Repository: http://hdl.handle.net/11022/0000-0000-4F70-A.
If you save the wav and video files in the same folder and under the same file name as the existing mp3 files, they will be loaded automatically when you open the
respective exb transcription file.

The mp3 files at hand can also be converted directly into (smaller) wav files, e.g. with the free program Audacity by following these steps:
1) Download and install Audacity (http://www.audacityteam.org/download/) according to your operating system.
2) Open Audacity and click File > Open.
3) Select the mp3 file that should be converted and click open.
4) Change the Project Rate (Hz): to 8000. It can be found in the lower right-hand corner of the display.
5) Now click on File > Export Audio. The Export Audio dialog box displays. Select the save location for the wav file (it should be the same location as the
corresponding mp3 file). Select “Wav (Microsoft) signed 16-bit PCM” as data type. Click Save.
6) Finally, an Edit Metadata dialog box will appear. Click the OK button.
